As an independent developer, I don't particularly have the time or resources to implement this kind of stuff up to an acceptable legal standard, nor do I have any interest in keeping personal identity records for any of my users. You should not have to provide your real name or identity to play My Colony or track your spending with EZ Register. So, changes are coming.
